This was the very last "HOA Special" manufactured by Casita Trailers in Rice, TX!! It will fit into a 8' garage because the AC unit is located at the front instead of on top of the trailer. Purchased in March 2021. We've had it on two trips with less than 4000 miles on it. Everything is in 100 working order, no issues, no leaks. This has been garage kept it's entire life if not out camping. Has two sleeping areas for 3 people total. Both sleepers can be turned into tables. Full wet bath. Dual burner stove, refrigerator that runs on 12v, 120v or propane. Will come with two propane tanks. Cold A/C. Temperature Control Vent fan, outside shower. Full price offer comes with an e2 Fastway hitch for load leveling and anti sway. Camper is 2800 pounds unloaded and is capable of being towed by any number of small vehicles. We were pulling it with our Jeep. No trades. We will not finance payments.
