This Casita looks and feels like brand new. Many items still have the original packaging intact. The17 Spirit Deluxe is the most popular model Casita produces. It comes with ICECOLD rooftop air with remote, two dinettes one sleeps 2 adults, the other sleeps 1 adult , 3 way refrigerator Gas, 12V, and 110V , 2 way water heater w/by pass kit Gas EI and 110V , 2 burner gas cooktop, separate room with full wet bath that has not been used commode, shower, sink and power vent , vented storage cabinet wired with 110V outlet for microwave/toaster oven, etc. and a surprising amount of storage throughout the camper. The outside comes with 2 propane tanks, stabilizer jacks, a full size spare, black and gray tanks, sewer hose storage in rear bumper and outside 110V plugs. All original documentation to include the build sheet and both sets of factory keys are included.

Additional information about the optional packages as well as Casitas in general can be found on the Casita Travel Trailer Website. The only options this trailer did not come with was the Patio Awning we prefer a screened room , Electronic Tongue Jack very light trailer however can be added easily , Microwave can add any appliance in the cabinet however we prefer to have the additional storage and Solar Panels.

What we love about the Casita: Fiberglass construction, quality appliances, updated bathroom over previous models, ability to dry camp easily; ease of towing almost forget it s back there with the light weight, aerodynamic design coupled with the weight distribution/anti sway hitch and maneuverability can take it just about anywhere .

Why are we selling? We have only been able to use the Casita for 2 trips for a total of 5nights at state parks. Current work schedules do not allow for much time off and it appears that will not change for us for the next couple of years. Wedo not want the Casita to just sit and not be used as that is never good for any camper, motorhome or car. Based on Casita s website, if you order a trailer today, you will not be able to take delivery until 2024 and the listed starting price is 32,694.00.
