Deciding to sell our gently used 2021 17 Spirit Deluxe. Asking 30,850.
This Casita is in great condition with the following upgrades and options:

Everything is in great condition. The Black water, awning, A/C and stove were never used.
Notes: The TV works but we took it down because the plastic Mount on the back of the tv broke off. Lastly, a 40mph wind gust pushed our door open so the stopper had a dent. We had it repaired and sealed with a new stopper.
