After adding the same upgrades that I did at the same price that I paid, the current cost for a fully loaded Casita Spirit Deluxe, if you ordered today, would be approximately 37,980. Additionally, the wait time from order to pick up remains greater than a year. Those with cat allergies should take caution because I cannot guarantee that all cat dander will be removed despite my best efforts.
I worked out a few small gremlins that one expects when they purchase something brand new happy to share , so it s technically in better condition now than when it was at pick up. Additionally, this Casita will be cleaner for you than what it was on Day 1 for me, and its owner manual is also better organized than originally provided. This Casita is new and is ready for its next owner to move in and finish up personal touches.

| <p>2022 Casita Spirit Deluxe, 17'</p><p>I purchased this Casita on Oct. 26, 2022, which means I placed the order in late summer 2021. From the time that I knew I was supposed to live in a camper my mid life epiphany to the time I drove it off the lot, my dream that was nearly 5 years in the making had finally come to fruition. After 2 months of full time living in my Casita and a few honest conversations with myself later, I realized that I just don t wanna be a full time camper "liver inner." I actually do like having a living room with a couch, a kitchen for big cooking, and a shower that isn't my toilet.</p><p>I'm selling this Casita for 36,000. This price includes the total cost I paid, the cost of the extras, and a little sweat equity. Assuming you've investigated the current build price of new Casitas with upgrades in addition to time on the waitlist, you'll see this price is competitive. When I purchased this camper in Oct., the sales rep indicated that base prices may continue to increase due to continued supply/demand challenges just passing along what was shared with me. </p><p>This Casita has logged only 530ish travel miles and is fully loaded. I ordered every upgrade except for roller blinds, and the Casita cover remains on backorder. I will gladly share with you the build out list and a list of items included with this Casita. Essentially, it s ready for its next owner to move in and finish up specific personal touches.</p><p>If you are a first time camper owner, some of my own personal touches will help with your learning curve labels and/or color indicators for switches, a better organized owner's manual, and the A Z Casita book . My Anderson anti sway equipment is fitted to my tow vehicle, so we'll have to figure out how to fit it to your towing vehicle. </p><p>Lastly, my two 12 yr old cats, are my roommates. Zero pet damage has occurred, but those with cat allergies may want to proceed with caution. This Casita will be cleaner than when I purchased it, but I can't guarantee that all cat dander will be removed despite my best efforts to do so. It will sell, but that sure is a lot of dough. I paid $24K in 2019, fully loaded except microwave. I find it amazing how fast the prices have increased on all these fiberglass trailers.
