Very nice trailer. Assume the windows are single pane and the trailer is not Four Seasons. What shape was the frame and axles in before your refurbishing? And I know it is a personal question, why sell when you just did all this work, assuming the work is recent? Thanks in advance for your responses.

Correct. Single pane windows and tanks are not heated. The trailer has officially sold but thank you for your interest! I bought the trailer with hopes of buying some land and doing an off grid lifestyle. Unfortunately, it’s illegal to do that in WA state. So we bought a house instead and now have no need for the trailer (I also have a Bigfoot truck camper that I’m keeping for travel adventures). Total bummer, I put a lot of love into this beauty but I’m happy it’s going to someone who loves it as much as I do.
