Update on my previous posting with more information:

2001 Casita Spirt Deluxe, 17ft, in excellent condition and super clean. No pets, no smokers. A family camper as the dinette table folds down for additional bed. The camper weighs only 2200lbs, 3200lbs, fully loaded, making it easy to tow. The fiberglass exterior makes it durable and water tight. Comes with awning, a 16 gallon fresh water tank, grey and black water holding tanks, a 6 gallon hot water heater, two 20 gallon propane tanks. Fully equipped with AC, a reversible overhead fan, good size refrigerator, a built in microwave, a 2 burner stainless steel stove. Removed the range hood for aesthetic reasons and added a tiled backsplash. It looks very sharp. The only thing that needs replaced/fixed is the silverware drawer, not expensive to replace.

Updates include: New furnace 2020 , Pergo like flooring, high rise facets in kitchen sink, bathroom facets replaced, newer 15 tires including spare on aluminum wheels, LED bulbs in all lights, rear hitch.

Bathroom has a sink, toilet, full stand up shower. There is great storage room in the wrap around cabinets, ample storage under the bed and a full length closet.
