Hi, our family is looking for a 13 foot camper trailer in fair to great condition at a reasonable price. We would like one with a shower, but are willing to modify it ourselves. We live in Northern California and we are happy to travel anywhere in California, Oregon, Nevada, or even farther for the right trailer. Thanks!

Check out this website's sale section and Craigslist (look out for scams, though) AND sign up for alerts. Be ready to act fast with cash or go to your bank with your seller to withdraw cash. We sold our 2011 13' SCAMP a few months ago, got over 21 responses, set up one hour appointments with "first come, first served". We ended up selling to #3 on our list which was a lovely family with young children.
Our 10 years of camping with the SCAMP experience, and many years of car camping and back packing, taught us that it's very easy to camp without a shower nor a toilet. A porta pottie is enough for nighttime pottie trips and practically all campgrounds have showers while ALL have toilets (if only pit toilets). Unless you are going off-road on private or BLM land you will not need a pottie nor shower. Honestly, if you are truly camping you can sponge shower. That said, people approach camping, even with a trailer, in varying ways from "roughing it" to "glamping".
