Like most 40 year old campers, it has some quirks, but the very good, far outweighs the bad. Camper is indoors located in Minneapolis. In the past several years, the following have been upgraded/replaced
New Norcold 3 way fridge
New vinyl floor
New furniture grade birch plywood cabinets and dinette
New scissor lifting table base this thing has been my best purchase I think makes table to bed conversion so much easier
Cushions were upholstered 6 years ago and are in fantastic shape
Brand new unused spare tire current tires 3 years old.
New LED interior lights
All rivets removed and replaced with stainless machine screws and nuts
New door lock
Fantastic fan bought new and installed a couple years ago
Interior newly painted white 2 years ago
New propane tank
New polycarbonate front and rear window and new gaskets installed 2 years ago
Side jalousie windows were removed, polished, resealed with new butyl tape, new gaskets, and attached with stainless screws
Two new windows one on door and one above stove used to be an exhaust fan above stove that i found to be too large and annoying so I cut a new hole and installed a slider
The needs some love
Dreaded boler door sag. Replaced hinges which helped a little bit. Checked frame and found no cracks.
The 2 year old fridge, which I haven t used in over a year, doesn t want to get cold. This should be an easy fix.
The new window above the stove leaks. I have re sealed 2 times now, but it still gets some water in. Again shouldn t be a problem to fix.
Could use a new paint job, or not. I still think it looks cool.
Needs better curtains.
Beware of Scams
