Hi, I will send you a text about a time to see it.

Some observations: - The escape hatch, on the rear window is on the opposite side than it usually is on. - There are doors on the side shelves over the dinette. I have never seen this before. - There are no doors on the front upper shelves, weird. - I don't think the furnace is original. - The fridge is an RM211. In the Deluxe 4500 models, from 1978 on, had an RM36 fridge installed, (much larger). The 1977's and earlier had an RM211 and a drawer above it, but the kitchen didn't have that extension for the larger fridge. - The front bunk is not original. Can it fold down? Originally the 4500's with a front bunk had to add a hinged section to the upper bunk so that it would fold in and clear the kitchen when folding down. Also, there was no fall prevention rail on the bunk. - The front is what I call an "almost dinette". Recommendations for the future owner. Install a larger fridge, or a drawer over the fridge. Put doors on the front overhead shelves, (so much more useful). Convert the front to a front dinette. This allows the rear bed to remain a bed. The perfect couples trailer. I would change the furnace to a Duo-Therm 65512, but that's just me.
